To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami was celebrated at Chinmaya Shishuvatika Tattamangalam on 19.8.2022 with great devotion and joy.The main objective of the celebration was to make the children aware about the cultural values and mythology of our country.Tiny tots dressed up in colourful robes of Lord Krishna and Radha. The significance of the festival was highlighted through a story narration wherein a message of encouraging good will and discouraging badwill was conveyed to the tender tots. The extra ordinary bond of love between children and the Almighty was celebrated by singing devotional songs .The cute little ones added a traditional touch to the entire event by dancing to the tunes of Krishna songs, filling the air with joy and festive spirit. The main attraction of the day was the demonstration of butter making by the teachers and breaking of the matki by the little Krishnas.Children enjoyed the celebration and imbibed spiritual values along with the value of sharing and caring each other with love and respect.
